Campaign Planning & Reporting Manager
One person who owns campaign planning and reporting across every Spice client on Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and ezCater. Campaign calendar, briefs, budget pacing, and the reporting standard. Fully remote, $2,000 to $3,500 USD per month.
What you'll do
Own the campaign calendar across every client and channel: what's running, what's next, what ended and what it did. When a Growth Manager asks "what should this client run in September," you have the answer and the numbers behind it.
Write the briefs ops analysts build from. Offer structure, locations, budget, timing, and the naming that keeps reporting clean.
Watch pacing weekly. A campaign at 40% of budget is a problem. A campaign at 130% is a different problem. You catch both before the month closes.
Set the reporting standard, so a ROAS number means the same thing on every account.
What we're looking for
You've planned paid campaigns with real budgets, ideally on delivery marketplaces or in retail media. You know the difference between an offer that drives incremental orders and one that discounts orders you were getting anyway. A calendar across dozens of clients and four channels doesn't intimidate you.
Professional English on live calls. You'll present to our team weekly and join client calls when the campaign story needs its author in the room.
Why this seat
It's new, and it's central. Every campaign dollar across the book flows through your plan, and the Growth Managers are your customers.
The details
